摘　　要：目的 :了解抑制血管生成对颊癌微血管系统空间配布的影响 ,进而对肿瘤局部生长、浸润及转移的作用 .方法 :应用鱼精蛋白进行实验治疗 ,结合扫描电镜观察肿瘤微血管系统的变化规律 .结果 :鱼精蛋白确有抑制颊癌血管生成的作用 ,主要表现为延缓肿瘤血管生成的发生、阻止其血管空间结构的建立、促进血管成熟 ,因此而抑制肿瘤生长、浸润和转移 .结论 :通过抑制血管生成可有效地阻止肿瘤生长和转移所依赖的血管系统建立和发展 ,从而限制肿瘤细胞局部恶性行为的发展 ,达到治疗作用 .Objective:To study the effect of microvascular architecture in buccal carcinoma by inhibiting angiogenesis and its treatment for local growth,invasion and metastasis of carcinoma.Methods:Experimental treatment for buccal carcinoma by protamine and to observe the regularity of change in microvascular system of carcinoma with Scanning electron microscopy.Results:Protamine could inhibit angiogenesis in buccal carcinoma indeed,and main expressions were to delay the genesis of microvessels,to provent the establishment of microvascular architecture and to accelerate microvessels maturing.Thus,protamine inhibits the growth,invasion and metastasis of carcinoma.Conclusion:Inhibiting angiogenesis could prevent effectively the establishment and growth of microvascular system that the growth and metastasis of buccal carcinoma relied on,limit the development of local malignant behavior of carcinoma cells,and achieve the effects of treatment.
