摘　　要：目的 :分析刷牙压力、次数对龈缘区菌斑清除效果的影响 .方法 :用刷牙测定仪记录了 5 5名中学生以旋转法刷牙时的压力、次数 ,并记录刷牙前后的菌斑指数 .结果 :刷牙压力与龈缘区菌斑清除率有正相关性 ,次数与菌斑清除率无明确关系 .结论 :在常规使用的刷牙时间内 ,刷牙压力较次数对刷牙效果的影响更大 .Objective:To study the effect of toothbrushing force and strokes on plaque removal.Method:55 Junior high school students were selected to brush teeth with Roll method.A strain gauge recorded their brushing force and strokes.Plaque Index were recorded before and after brushing.Result:There was positive relation between toothbrushing force and plaque removal.No connection was shown between stroke frequency and plaque removal.Conclusion:In ordinary toothbrushing duration,brushing force has more active effects on plaque removal beside gingival area than brushing strokes.
