摘 要:目的:探讨增加临床正畸托槽的黏结强度,防止其脱落的方法。方法:收集因正畸需要而拔除的双尖牙60颗,随机均分为6组,第1组用普通方法酸蚀后黏接托槽,另4组用浓度为2%及5.25%的次氯酸钠溶液分别处理牙面1min或30s后黏接托槽,第6组用进口材料Trans-bond XT黏接托槽后测各个样本的剪切强度。结果:使用次氯酸钠处理牙面与未处理组经单因素卡方分析后差异具有统计学意义。结论:黏接托槽前使用5.25%次氯酸钠处理牙面30s可显著提高托槽的黏接效果。Objective:To explore taking off protein with NaClO before etching to increase the shear strength.Methods:A total of 60 bicuspid-tooth were divided into 6 teams.The first team spliced with common method.Second taken off protein with 2% NaClO for 1 min before etching.The third taken off protein with 2% NaClO for 30 s.Fourth usd 5.25% NaClO for 1 min before etching;Fifth usd 5.25% NaClO for 30 s.Every team spliced braket after taken off protein.The last team spliced with Trans-bond XT.Results:There were statistical differences between Team 5 and others.Conclusion:Using 5.25% NaClO for 30 s can be adopted to increase the shear strength.
