摘  要:本文报告了鞍山钢铁公司三个工厂69名高温作业工人夏季水和无机盐的排出情况。受试对象工中8小时出汗量均值为2.63—3.75L;无机盐排出量范围:K323—433mg,Ng2,398—4,905mg,Ca37—78mg,Mg5—24mg,Fe759—1,432μg,Zn360—1,214μg,Cu57—130μg.对汗尿无机盐排出量进行了比较,结果显示:K、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu随汗排出量远多于尿,指出高温作业工人血清某些无机盐含量较低,可能由于大量随汗排出的结果。本调查为研制高温作业工人饮料补充无机盐提供了依据。The water and minerals metabolism of 69 workers under heat stress is reported. These workers were randomly selected from three factories of Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation. The amount of sweat secreted within 8-hour shift was 2.63-3.75 liters unders the ambient temperature of 28-43℃ relative humidity 30-68% and heat radiation 0.1- 5.Scal/cm2, min. The amounts of minerals lost with the perspiration during a shift were K, 323-433mg, Fe: 759- 1432μg, Na:2398-4905mg, Ca:37-78mg, Mg: 5-24mg, Zn: 360-1214μg and Cu: 57-130μg. The minerals lost from perspiration was much greater than that excreted in urine. Results showed that perspiration was the main process for the minerals lost which may induce a lower level of some minerals in serum.
