摘　　要：根据军交动态监控系统的研发要求,结合系统设计思想以及多种开发方法,设计了一套基础信息平台。对该平台功能进行了需求分析和设计,指出了在设计过程中所要解决的统一数据编码、图片数据加解密和空间基础信息维护等关键解决方案。Based on the request of developing Dynamic Monitoring and Control of Military Transportation System,design concept and many development methods,the basic information platform is designed.According to demands of function,platform is analyzed and designed.Some key solving schemes are presented,such as data encoding,picture data encryption and decryption and space basic information maintenance.
