摘　　要：由于抱团可以实现企业资源共享、风险共担、优势互补等战略目标。在后危机时代通过选择合理的抱团路径,有效规避抱团模式的弊端,能够提高应对复杂环境的能力,促进企业运营模式转变和战略转型,实现成长方式的有效突破。As Baotuan could help enterprises to achie ve resources sharing,risk sharing,mutual benefits and other strategic objectives for themselves.Therefore,in the post-crisis era enterprises will improve the ability to deal with complex environments,promote corporate business model changing and strategic restructuring by choosing the reasonable Baotuan path and avoiding the drawbacks of Baotuan model.
