安徽省上市公司技术效率及规模效率研究

摘　　要：以2007～2009年43家安徽省上市公司为样本,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法测算了各家公司的技术效率与规模效率,结果发现整个安徽省上市公司生产效率逐年提升,但相对来说规模效率要更优于技术效率。根据分析结果,在今后工作中,对于技术效率低下的企业我们应该从引进先进技术、提高管理水平、加大研发投入、调整产品结构等方面着手改进;而对于规模无效的企业则要优化生产规模,发挥规模经济的作用。By employing balanced panel data of listed companies of Anhui province during 2007～2009,this study measures the technical efficiency and scale efficiency based on DEA.The empirical results show that the average firm efficiency is improving during 3 years,and scale efficiency surpass technique efficiency.So,inefficient enterprises on technology should improve firm efficiency by introducing advanced technology,improving the management level,increasing RD input and adjusting product structure etc;inefficient enterprises on scale optimize production scale,then bring into play the economies of scale.
