摘　　要：目的探讨老年人脑肿瘤患者围手术期处理措施，以减少术后并发症。方法对140例老年脑肿瘤肿瘤切除术后患者进行回顾性分析。结果140例患者中，37例良性肿瘤全切35例、大部分切除2例；103例恶性肿瘤全切85例、大部分切除18例；术后2个月症状消失55例，改善60例，无变化25例，术后并发症25例，48例次，术后1个月内死亡4例。结论缜密的术前准备和评估，积极治疗伴发疾病，加强并发症的观察并尽早给予预见性措施，可明显减少术后并发症，改善预后。Objective To explore the perioperative management of elderly patients with brain tumor to reduce the operative complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of 140 cases of elderly brain tumor resection was performed between August 2005 and July 2009. Results Out of the 140 cases, there were 37 benign brain tumors of which 35 were completed resected and two partially reseeted while 85 were completed resected and 18 partially resected in the rest 103 cases of malignant brain tumor. Two month after the surgery, the symptoms subsided in 55 cases, were improved in 60 cases, and remained unchanged in 25 cases. Complications were found in 25 cases （48 case-times）, and 4 cases died within one month after the surgery. Conclusion Careful preoperational evaluation, and treatment of co-existing disease, accompanying with observation and appropriate measures prior to surgery can reduce the postoperative complications to improve the prognosis.
