摘　　要：建立房地产估价系统的目的， 就是利用数据库技术， 探讨一种将计算机技术应用于房地产估价实务的方法和途径． 本文系统介绍了一个实用的房地产估价系统的结构、功能，The purpose of organizing a real estate appraisal system is to study the method and the way of applying computer technique to real estate appraisal operation by means of the data base technique.The infrastructure and functions of a practical Real Estate Appraisal System(REAS) are systematically introduced.It has shown that the data base technique has great potential and special advantages in organizing a perfect real estate appraisal system.
