摘　　要：分析了实验仪器设备利用率不高的原因,论证了实验室全面开放管理、疏通设备流通渠道和加强实验工作者的管理与提高仪器设备利用率的关系,提出了提高实验仪器设备利用率的途径,简述了实验室开放管理的基本函意。This paper analysed the reasons for low rate of experiment equipment,expounds and proves the relationship between raising utilizing rate of experiment equipment and such aspects as management of wholly open of laboratories,dredging the channel of equipment circulation,and strengthening the management of workers in laboratory,puts forward effective ways of raising utilizing rate of experiment equipment,and briefly narrates the basic meaning of opening management of laboratories.
