摘 要:目的:评价运用自行设计的《健康教育手册》对放疗患者进行健康教育的效果,了解患者对放疗知识的掌握情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表,在放疗前对240例患者进行问卷调查;在放疗的各阶段运用《健康教育手册》对患者进行全程健康教育,采用口头讲解和示范教育,在放疔结束后出院前再次对患者进行问卷调查。结果:运用《健康教育手册》对放疗患者实施健康教育后患者对放疗知识的掌握情况明显提高,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:运用《健康教育手册》对患者进行健康教育更直观、更深刻,使患者更易掌握放疗相关的健康教育知识,主动配合治疗,增强患者自护能力。Objective: To evaluate the effect of the self-designed Health Education Manual for healthy education of patients who were receivig radiotherapy and to assess their mastering status of knowledge related to radiotherapy. Methods: 240 patients were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire before radiotherapy. Health Education Manual was used in the entire health education for pa- tients at all stages of radiotherapy by verbal explanation and demonstration. After radiotherapy,patients were asked to fill the question- naire again. Results: The mastering situation of knowledge related to radiotherapy in patients who accepted radiotherapy was significantly improved after using Health Education Manual for health education ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: To use Health Education Manual for health education for patients is intuitive and profound which can make the patients easier to grasp the radiation related knowledge, be active in the treatment process as well as enhance their self-care ability.
