血红素铁对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘  要:选取240日龄健康如皋黄鸡80羽,随机分成4组,每组设5个重复,每一重复4羽。对照组基础日粮添加60mg/kg铁(硫酸亚铁),3个试验组分别再添加血红素铁4mg/kg、8mg/kg和12mg/kg。试验期21d,研究日粮中不同血红素铁水平对蛋黄含铁量、蛋品质、蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明,试验组与对照组相比,饲喂3周后蛋黄中铁的含量分别提高93.20%、72.84%和95.95%(P<0.05),试验组和对照组产蛋性能和蛋品质差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组蛋黄色泽、ND、H5和H9抗体水平都有不同程度的提高。In order to study the effects of different levels heme iron diet on egg iron deposition,egg quality and the production performance of hens.Totally 80 Rugao yellow hens of 240-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates,each repeated 4 hens for experiment.The control group's based diet were supplemented with 60mg/kg iron (ferrous sulfate),while 3 experimental groups were added heine iron 4mg/kg,8mg/kg and 12mg/kg respectively.Compare with the control group,the yolk color, ND,H5 and H9 antibody levels of the tested group increased significantly and the iron content of egg yolk were increased by 93.20%,72.84% and 95.95% separately(P〈0.05),no obvious differences (P〉0.05) in laying performance and egg quality were seen.
