摘 要:为了解决传统基于经验系数的盾构掘进机总推进力计算公式在确定推力时存在随机性的问题,在分析盾构掘进机总推进力的各种影响因素及计算方法的基础上,以直径为6m的地铁盾构为对象,计算在盾构掘进过程中受到的各种推进阻力,通过对比忽略次要部分,建立盾构推进分项阻力计算模型.利用土压平衡盾构模拟试验台对在黏土和砂土2种土质条件下的计算模型进行验证.结果表明,土压力在推进力计算中发挥关键性作用.为了进一步修正分项阻力计算模型,提出切深率的概念,分析切深率与盾构总推进力之间的关系,确定由土压力与切深率2个重要因素组成的推进力计算模型.Various influential factors related to determining thrust force were analyzed in order to reduce the uncertainties existing in determination of total thrust force of shield tunneling machine by traditional method.All resistance forces acted on a metro shield machine with 6 m diameter were calculated,and the approximate calculation model composed of several components was given by neglecting the minor components.Experiments were conducted on an earth pressure balanced shield test rig.Results show that earth pressure plays a key part in thrust force calculation,regardless of in clay and sandy soil.Cutting ratio and a relationship with thrust force were developed to establish a more accurate model based on two important factors of earth pressure and cutting ratio.
