摘  要:针对热轧带钢传统层流冷却技术存在冷却速率低、板形控制差的缺点,开发了一种新型超快速层流冷却装置。本文介绍了新装置的工艺布置、设备组成、主要功能和冷却控制方案。其在冷却区增加了1~2个采用高密度集管的强冷段,使3mm厚度钢板的平均冷却速率达170℃/s。上集管的中凸型流量分布及下集管的流量均可调节,从而实现带钢的均匀冷却。新装置可提供多种的冷却策略,工艺适应性强,可满足多品种热轧带钢的生产需要。Aiming at overcoming the weaknesses including lower cooling ratio and bad flatness of hot-rolled strip in traditional laminar cooling,a new type ultra-fast laminar cooling system was developed.The layout,equipment configuration,main function and cooling control strategy of the new device was introduced.The average cooling ratio of the strip of 3mm thickness could reach 170℃/s through adding one or two strong cooling section with high-density spray head in the cooling area.The strip uniform cooling could be controlled by the crown flux distribution in width of top cooling head and the controllable flux of bottom cooling head.The device provided more adaptable cooling strategy for different steels.It could meet the producing requirement of much more steel grades of hot-rolled strip.
