摘  要:目的:建立道地产区山西不同地区、不同采收期的连翘挥发油特征图谱。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)法对山西8个不同地区的青翘和老翘挥发油进行分析。色谱条件:HP-5MS色谱柱(30m×0.25rnFn,0.25pm),进样口温度200℃,检测器(FID)温度250℃,程序升温60-230℃,载气为高纯氮气,流量1.0mL·min.分流比20:1。质谱条件:EI源,电子能量70eV,离子源温度230℃。结果:生成了山西产青翘和老翘的挥发油GC标准特征,确认了12个共有峰,并用质谱分析鉴定出其成分。结论:青翘和老翘图谱中均含有12个共有峰,只是含量上有差异,经比较二者相似度值为0.7410。本研究建立了山西产连翘挥发油的特征图谱,可将青翘和老翘很好的区分开来,以此评价山西不同地区、不同采收期的连翘质量。OBJECTIVE To establish volatile oil GC-MS characteristic spectrum in Fructus Forsythiae from Shanxi. METHODS The samples were from 8 areas in Shanxi. The GC system consisted of Agilent 6890 and FID. The analysis was performed on a HP-SMS column. The temperature of sample vent and FID were 200 ℃ and 250℃, respectively. The column temperature was elevated sequentially from 611℃ to 230 ℃. The carrier gas was N2, and its flow rate was 1.0 mL·min ^-1. The refractive ratio of distillation was 20: 1. MS condition: Ionization mode was El; electron energy was 70 eV, and the source temperature was 230℃. RESULTS The volatile oil GC specialtiess of Fructus Forsythiae's from 8 habitats in Shanxi were established, the 12 common peaks were found and identified with GC MS. CONCLUSION Both the green and the old Fructus Forsythiae contained the 12 common peaks with difference in contents, the similarity between the green and the old was 0. 7411). The established Characteristic spectrum can be regarded as the standard specialties to distinguish the old and the green Fructus Forsythiae, and evaluate the quality of Fructus Forsythiae from different habitats and different harvesting.
