摘 要:采用青少年人际适应问卷、家庭功能评价量表、中学生情绪智力问卷调查了2332名中学生的人际适应特点,并探讨家庭功能和情绪智力对中学生人际适应的影响。结果发现:(1)中学生的人际适应水平从初一到高二呈逐渐降低的趋势,且女生在亲社会倾向上的得分显著高于男生;(2)家庭功能显著预测中学生人际适应,家庭功能的相互关系、沟通、父母关注与人际适应的亲社会倾向维度呈显著正相关,家庭冲突、父母控制与亲社会倾向呈显著负相关;相互关系、沟通、父母关注与人际疏离呈显著负相关,家庭冲突、父母控制与人际疏离呈显著正相关;(3)情绪智力在家庭功能和人际适应之间发挥完全中介作用。This study aims to explore the characteristics of interpersonal adaptation, as well as the effect of family functions and emotional intelligence on high school students' interpersonal adaptation, by using the Ado- lescents' Interpersonal Adjustment Assessment Scale, the Family Function Assessment Scale, and High School Students' Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire to survey 2332 high school students. The results show the follow- ing: (1) The high school students' level of interpersonal adaptation tends to drop gradually; the girls score sig- nificantly higher than the boys in the pro-secial tendency. (2) Family functions can be used as significant predic- tive factors for the high sc|mol students' interpersonal adaptation; the mutuality, communication and parental care are positively correlated with the pro-social tendency, whereas family conflict and parental control are negatively correlated with the pro-social tendency; the mutuality, communication and parental care are negatively correlated with interpersonal alienation, whereas family conflict and parental control are positively correlated with interpersonal alienation. (3) Emotional intelligence serves as a complete mediator between family functions and interpersonal adaptation.
