摘　　要：能源安全是经济发展中一个无法回避的问题,在国内保持足够的石油储备则是保障能源安全的基础。对能源安全与石油储备之间的关系作了阐述,并介绍了几个主要经济发达国家的石油储备概况。结合我国的国情与未来的能源供需状况,提出了保障能源安全的对策以及增加石油储备量的理由。Energy safety is an irrevadable question for one country to develop its economy, and keeping enough petroleum reserve is an important foundation to ensure the energy safety. The paper describes the relation between the energy safety and petroleum reserve,and introduces the general situations of petroleum reserve in several developed countries. Combined our national conditions with the future supply and demand of energy,the paper puts forward the measures to be taken to ensure the energy safety as well as the reason to suggest increasing the petroleum reserve.
