摘　　要：近年来区域创新体系(RIS)已成为国内外区域经济研究的热点,通过对近三年(2007-2009)国外学者研究区域创新体系的主要文献进行了回顾,对区域创新体系的构成要素、影响因素、评价体系、实证研究等四个方面的研究进行梳理和述评,归纳综合了目前国外RIS相关研究中存在的问题,并对区域创新体系的未来研究方向进行展望。In recent years, regional innovation system （RIS） has become a hot topic of the regional economic research abroad. After a careful review of the latest literatures about regional innovation system abroad in the last three year （2007 - 2009）, the paper makes a summary of the new development situation of the regional innovation system from 4 aspects, which includes constitution elements, affective factors, evaluation system and empirical research. At last, the study shows the major problems of current research and prospects about the studies of RIS in the future.
