摘　　要：目的：观察妊娠期高血压疾病（HDCP）患者产后3年的血脂、血糖、血压等指标的转归情况,并观察产后3年心血管危险因素聚集的发生情况。方法：搜集2006年1月2007年12月期间符合条件的HDCP病例157例。采用成组病例对照研究方法,对其进行回访,在产后3年时一共回访到28例HDCP患者和34例正常妊娠妇女。体格检查测定身高、体重、腰围、血压,计算体重指数（BMI）、腰臀比（WHR）等,并测定空腹血糖、血脂四项。结果：HDCP组与正常妊娠组的血压、BMI、总胆固醇、血糖水平存在统计学差异,前者显著高于后者（P〈0.05）;HDCP组血糖升高、血压升高检出率高于正常妊娠组（P〈0.05）。HDCP组心血管危险因素聚集的检出率远高于正常妊娠组（P〈0.05）,且心血管危险因素聚集严重程度高于正常妊娠组（P〈0.05）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病患者在产后3年时即已显示出心血管危险因素的聚集现象。Objective：To observe the prognosis of blood lipid,blood glucose and blood pressure of patients with hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP） at three years after delivery,observe the occurrence of cardiovascular disease risk factors aggregation in patients with HDCP at three years after delivery.Methods：157 patients with HDCP from January 2006 to December 2007 were collected,group case-control study was used to follow up,28 patients with HDCP and 34 normal pregnant women at three years after delivery were followed up;their body height,body weight,waist circumference and blood pressure were measured;body mass index（BMI） and waist-to-hip ratio（WHR） were calculated,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid levels were detected.Results：There was significant difference in blood pressure,BMI,total cholesterols,fasting blood glucose level between HDCP group and normal pregnancy group,the indicators in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）.The detection rates of blood glucose level increase and blood pressure increase in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）.The detection rate of cardiovascular disease risk factors aggregation in HDCP group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）,and the degree of cardiovascular disease risk factors aggregation in HDCP group was higher than that in normal pregnancy group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with HDCP shows the phenomenon of cardiovascular disease risk factors aggregation at three years after delivery,which indicates that primary prevention is very important
