摘　　要：目的探讨达芬奇手术系统联合纤维结肠镜行乙状结肠腺瘤局部切除的安全性与可行性。方法2010年5月为1例乙状结肠腺瘤病人实施了达芬奇系统联合结肠镜结肠腺瘤局部切除术，研究其手术技术、手术安全性、术后恢复情况。结果手术顺利，无术中并发症发生。术后第2天恢复胃肠道功能，第4天出院。结论达芬奇系统联合结肠镜应用于结肠腺瘤局部切除术安全可行。Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of robotic-assisted local colectomy combined with colonoscope in the treatment of sigmoid adenoma. Methods One male patient with sigmoid adenoma received robot-assisted local colectomy combined with colonoscope. Results Da vinci surgical system was found to be associated with fewer hemorrhage, a more rapid intestinal recovery time after operation and therefore a shorter hospital stay,and no complications. Conclusion Robot-assisted local colectomy can be applied safely for sigmoid adenoma.
