自制灌洗器在左半结肠癌梗阻一期切除吻合术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制灌洗器在左半结肠癌梗阻一期切除吻合术中的应用。方法回顾性分析自2005年1月至2010年10月间使用自制灌洗器术中灌洗一期切除吻合治疗左半结肠肿瘤合并肠梗阻32例的临床资料。结果本组无手术死亡（术后30d内）病例，术后发生切口感染1例（3．12％）。结论左半结肠癌梗阻结合自制灌洗器术中灌洗一期切除吻合是安全、有效的，能减少病人痛苦，节省医疗费用。Objective To study the effect of the self-made irrigation device in left colon cancer with obstruction by one stage anastomosis. Methods Thirty-two cases of left colon carcinoma with intestinal obstruction in our hospital during Jan. 2005 to Oct. 2010 were analyzed. All the patients underwent the one-stage anastomosis after colonic lavage by using the self-made irrigation device. Results There was no operative death（within 30 days after surgery）. One case had the surgical site infection （3. 12 %）. Conclusion The self-made irrigation device is safe and effective for the patients with colon carcinoma obstruction subject to the one-stage anastomosis after colonic lavage.
