摘  要:目的 探讨Ga dd45β和hMLH1在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化方法检测Gadd45β和hMLH1在HCC和正常肝脏组织中的表达情况.结果 Gadd45β在HCC和正常肝组织中的阳性率分别为24%和90% hMLH1在HCC和正常肝组织中的阳性率分别为42%和80%(P均<0.05) 两者的表达成正相关(r=0.357,P<0.05),与HCC的肿瘤分化、门静脉癌栓及临床分期有关.结论 Gadd45β和hMLH1在肝癌均呈异常低表达,可能参与了肝癌的发生发展过程,在HCC的预防、诊断和治疗方面存在一定的临床意义.Objective To investigate the expression of Gadd45β and hMLH1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of Gadd45β and hMLH1 was detected by immunohistochemical method in HCC and normal liver tissues. Results The positive rate of Gadd45β in HCC and normal liver tissues were 24% and 90% the positive rate of hMLH1 in HCC and normal liver tissues were 42% and 80%. The expression of Gadd45β and hMLH1 were positive correlated, their expression were related to tumor differentiation, tumor thrombus of portal vein and clinical stage. Conclusions The role of Gadd45β and hMLH1 in the development of HCC are exceptional inhibition. Gadd45β and hMLH1 maybe be involved in the development of HCC and have some clinical significance in HCC prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
