摘　　要：目的:检测卵巢上皮性癌组织中人组织激肽释放酶基因14(KLK14)mRNA和蛋白的表达。方法:应用RT-PCR和免疫组化SP法检测正常卵巢、良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性卵巢肿瘤和卵巢上皮性癌组织中KLK14mRNA和蛋白的表达,分析其表达与卵巢上皮性癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:卵巢上皮性癌组织中KLK14mRNA的相对表达量(1.36±0.24)高于正常卵巢组织(0.63±0.19)(t=8.432,P<0.001);卵巢上皮性癌组织中KLK14蛋白的阳性表达率为61.4%,与正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤和交界性卵巢肿瘤相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.648,P<0.001)。KLK14蛋白的表达与卵巢上皮性癌的FIGO分期(χ2=5.759,P=0.016)、组织学分级(χ2=4.671,P=0.031)和淋巴结转移(χ2=8.254,P=0.004)相关。结论:KLK14可能参与了卵巢上皮性癌的侵袭和转移。Aim：To examine the mRNA and protein expressions of human kallikrein 14（KLK14）in epithelial ovarian cancer（EOC）.Methods：RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the mRNA and protein of KLK14 in normal ovaries,epithelial ovarian tumors,borderline ovarian tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer tissues.Correlations between KLK14 expression and clinicopathological factors were analyzed.Results：The relative expression of KLK14 mRNA was significantly higher in EOC（1.36±0.24）than in the normal ovarian tissues（t=8.432,P0.001）.The expression of KLK14 protein was 61.4% in EOC,different from that in the normal ovaries,benign and borderline ovarian tumor tissues（χ^2=21.648,P0.001）.The expression of KLK14 protein was associated with FIGO staging（χ^2=5.759,P=0.016）,
