摘 要:目的:探讨β-catenin、GSK3β蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达变化,并分析其与病理学分级、浸润深度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学(IHC)SP法检测45例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及15例食管正常粘膜组织中β-catenin、GSK3β的表达。结果:β-catenin在癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。GSK3β在癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常组织(P<0.05);并与浸润深度(P<0.05)和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。食管鳞状细胞癌中β-catenin蛋白与GSK3β蛋白的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:综合检测β-catenin和GSK3β对探讨食管鳞状细胞癌分化浸润转移和评估预后具有一定参考价值。Objective: To investigate the correlation of protein expression level of β-catenin, GSK3β with infiltration and metastasis in esophageal cancer tissues.Methods: The protein expression level of β-catenin and GSK3β was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) with Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP) in 45 case of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and 15 case of normal oesophagus tissues. Results: the result showed that the positive expression rate of β-catenin protein in carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of β-catenin was correlated with cell differential degree (P〈0.05), lymph node memtastasis (P〈0.05). the result showed that the positive expression rate of GSK3βin carcinoma was lower than that in normal tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of GSK3β was correlated with fibromembranous invasion (P〈0.05) and lymph node memtastasis (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of β-catenin and GSK3β protein in the esophageal carcinoma tissues (P〈0.05).Condusion: Immunohistochemical detection of β-catenin and GSK3β expression may carry clinical significance inevaluating the degree of differentiation,invasiveness,metastaticpotential and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
