摘　　要：目的探讨在门诊行转位皮瓣修补术治疗头面部基底细胞癌患者的护理措施。方法对28例头面部基底细胞癌患者在门诊行转位皮瓣修补术的护理中重视健康宣教,使患者积极配合手术与康复。术前积极准备,术后仔细观察,做好宣教,预防感染及皮瓣坏死。结果所有皮瓣成活良好,未见坏死及感染发生,患者对外观满意。结论高质量的护理工作可以减轻病人痛苦,提高手术成功率。Objective To assess the nursing intervention in outpatient rotation flap neoplasty operation for treatment of patients with head-face basal cell carcinoma.Methods By focusing on health education nursing,make sure that the 28 basal cell carcinoma patients who receiving rotation flap neoplasty operations positively co-operate during operation and post-operative observation,do well psychological nursing to make sure of the success.Result All of the skin flaps survive well,no appearance of necrosis or infection,patients are all satisfied with the appearance.Conclusion High quality nursing can relieve patients＇ sufferings,improve the achievement ratio of the operation.
