摘　　要：2010年7月7日,美国《复合木制品甲醛标准法案》正式成为联邦法律。此法案对在美国生产和售卖的硬木胶合板、刨花板以及中纤板等复合木制品中甲醛释放量设置了限量标准。本文对该法案内容进行了介绍,并讨论了其对我国相关行业的影响和应对策略。The Formaldehyde Standards for Composite Wood Products Act of United States has been signed by Barack Obama and become law on July 7,2010,which sets the US nationwide emission standards to limit formaldehyde release from hardwood plywood,medium-density fiberboard,and particleboard sold or manufactured in the United States.This paper introduced the contents of the act,and discussed the its＇impact on Chinese forest products industry of the act and the proper countermeasures China should adopt.
