病案信息资源在医疗保险中应用的注意事项

摘　　要：社会医疗保险制度是目前我国基本的医疗保险制度。随着社会保障体系的不断完善,病案信息资源是投保人身体健康状况的有力证明,也是保险公司对投保人是否承保、理赔的主要依据。其客观地记录了疾病发生、发展、病情轻重缓急及转归、治疗护理的经过和医疗费用等信息。对病案信息必须进行科学合理的管理,才会物尽其用。本文从病案管理的角度,简单阐述了病案信息资源在医疗保险中应用的几点注意。Social medical insurance system is the basic medical insurance system in China.With the constant improvement of the social security system,medical record information resource is a strong evidence of physical health and also the evidence to insurance companies and claims based on.A lot of information is objectively recorded in medical record,such as the occurrence of disease,development,state,degree and outcome of illness,treatment,care and medical expenses and so on.Accordingly,medical record must be scientific managed so as to make it on the right way.In the article,under the view of record management,application notes are described as below.
