摘　　要：考试管理作为教学管理工作的一个重要环节,是检验教学效果和评价教学质量的重要手段,也是促进学生学习和教师教学改革的重要方法。文章结合开放教育的特点与考试规律,深入分析了当前开放教育考试管理存在的问题,从而有针对性地提出了开放教育适应性考试管理策略,旨在使考试结果反馈的教学信息更真实、客观,以更好地发挥考试功能,适应开放教育人才培养发展需要。In teaching management, test management is not only the important measure to check up the teaching effect and quality, but also the major means to promote the students＇ learning and educational reform. According to the characteristic and routine of open education, this paper analyses deeply the existing problems in open education test management and proposes the pertinent test management strategies. The test result reflects more authentic and objective teaching information. The new test management pattern is advantageous to exert the function of the test and adapt to the development of the open education.
