摘　　要：针对普通遗传学实验中使用６０Ｃｏ 辐射源诱变生物的成本和安全问题，提出采用压电陶瓷变压器（ＰＣＴ）高压静电场诱变生物，该仪器用于学生实验已取得良好效果。本文介绍了其实验装置及应用实例。Co has been widely used as a radiation resource in general genetic experiments. However,there are such problems as high cost and danger in the utilization of 60 Co.In view of this situation,PCT high voltage electrostatic field was used to induce the variation in plant and animal materials. This instrument is used in teaching experiments for college students,which achieves good effect.This instrument and its practical utilization were presented.
