摘　　要：目的总结23例侧脑室肿瘤的主要临床表现,手术方式和临床效果,以提高侧脑室肿瘤的全切率,减少并发症,改善手术效果。方法回顾性分析23例侧脑室肿瘤患者的临床特点和预后,术前以CT、MR I作为诊断和设计手术入路的主要依据。其中经皮质入路20例,经额胼胝体3例,运用显微外科手术切除肿瘤。结果手术全切16例,次全切4例,大部分切除3例,无手术死亡。结论选择合适的手术入路,运用显微手术切除侧脑室肿瘤,可获得良好的手术效果。Objective To sum up the mainly clinical symptoms,operative approaches and therapeutic efficacy with 23 lateral ventricular tumors,to increase the total removal rate,lower operative complications and improve operative efficacy.Methods 23 cases with lateral ventricular tumors were analyzed retrospectively.The mainly diagnosis and the operative approaches were based on CT,MRI before operations.20 cases were transcortical approaches,3 cases were transcallosal approaches.All cases were taken under microsurgical techniques.The dead patient number in operation was zero.Results In our cases,16 cases were total removed and 4 cases were subtotal removed,3 cases were most partial removed.Conclusion The proper operative approaches and application of microsurgery can gain satisfactory result in removing lateral ventricular tumors.
