摘  要:余甘多糖具有清除自由基、抗氧化和抗肿瘤的生物活性,然而对余甘多糖提取工艺的研究报道较少。本文采用微波前处理-热水浸提新工艺提取余甘多糖,通过单因素和正交试验研究微波时间、微波功率、热水浸提温度和浸提时间对余甘多糖得率的影响。结果表明,影响多糖得率的主要因素及其次序为热水浸提温度、热水浸提时间、微波时间、微波功率。在试验范围内,余甘多糖的最佳提取工艺条件是:微波时间60s、微波功率480W、热水浸提温度90℃、热水浸提时间4h。在此条件下,余甘多糖得率为7.94%。Emblica polysaccharides(EPS) has been discovered to have high anti-oxidation and anti-tumor activity,while only a few studies about its extraction have been reported.In this paper,emblica dry powder was pretreated by microwave radiation and then EPS was extracted with hot water.The results of single-factor and orthogonal experiments showed that the degree of the factors significantly influencing the yield of polysaccharides was in order of hot water extraction temperature,extraction time,microwave pretreatment time,microwave power.The optimal process parameters for this method were as follows:microwave pretreatment with power 480 W for 60 s,followed by hot water extraction at 90 ℃ for 4 h.The yield of polysaccharides can be up to 7.94% under the optimum condition.
