三药联合化疗工作指引在胃肠肿瘤术后患者化疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)和亚叶酸钙(CF)三药联合化疗工作指引在胃肠肿瘤术后患者化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2007年3月-2009年10月胃肠肿瘤术后化疗患者36例为观察组,选择同期术后化疗患者36例为对照组,对照组采用传统的方法给予常规护理,观察组采用三药联合化疗工作指引对患者进行化疗及护理,比较两组患者化疗毒副作用、肢体感觉障碍恢复时间及护理人员对化疗知识知晓率。结果观察组患者恶心和呕吐发生率低于对照组,肢体感觉障碍恢复时间短于对照组(均P<0.01);实施化疗工作指引后护理人员掌握化疗知识得分高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论三药联合化疗工作指引能减轻患者的胃肠道反应,缩短肢体感觉障碍的恢复时间,增强化疗效果;同时能增强护理人员的职业防护意识,提高护理人员对化疗药物相关知识的知晓率。Objective To study the effect of the guideline of three-drug chemotherapy with oxaliplatin in combination with 5-fluorouraci] （5-FU） and leucovorin （CF） in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer patients. Methods 36 gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing surgical operations from March 2007 to October 2009 were assigned into the study group, which was managed and nursed by the guideline and another 36 gastrointestinal cancer patients during the same time as the control group, which were nursed by the routine method. The two groups were compared in respect of side effects, limb sensory disturbance recovery time and nursing staff＇s awareness of chemotherapy. Results The side effect in the study group was less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The limb sensory disturbance recovery time was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. On knowledge about chemotherapy, the nurses were scored after the application of guideline higher than before the application of the guideline （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The guideline of three-drug chemotherapy with oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin may reduce gastrointestinal side effects, enhance the effect of chemotherapy, strengthen the self-protection awareness of nursing staff and improve their knowledge about these ehemotherapy drugs.
