摘  要:基于三维非定常激盘模型,发展了一个可用于预测压气机动态失速特性及旋转总压畸变对压气机气动稳定性影响的三维非定常计算模型,并利用该模型计算分析了旋转总压畸变的幅值和旋转频率变化对一台双级低速轴流压气机性能和气动稳定性的影响.计算结果表明,旋转总压畸变的幅值和旋转频率对压气机的性能、动态失速过程特性和失速边界有强烈的影响;对应系统稳定裕度损失最大值的"危险"响应频率和旋转失速的传播频率比较接近;旋转总压畸变不会影响压气机失速始发的位置,始终是叶尖区域首先进入旋转失速.计算结果与现有试验数据的对比表明该模型比较可靠.Based on three-dimensional unsteady actuator disk model,a three-dimens ional compressible unsteady model was developed to predict the stall inception a nd the effects of inlet distortion on performance and aerodynamic stability of c ompressor,and the effects of amplitude and frequency of rotating distortion on t he performance and aerodynamic stability of a two-stage low-speed axial compress or were analyzed using this model.The results show that both of the distortion a mplitude and rotating frequency will affect the stall boundary and stall incepti on strongly.The worst situation is that the rotating frequency equals to the sta ll cell.The rotating distortion will not affect the positions where the stall ce ll firstly appears,and the tip region of the compressor always comes into the st all cell firstly.The comparison of the simulation and experiment results shows t hat the model is reliable.
