小剂量醋酸泼尼松龙联合参芪片治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量醋酸泼尼松龙联合参芪片在复发性阿弗他溃疡治疗中的价值。方法对我院符合复发性阿弗他溃疡诊断标准及完成治疗的64例门诊患者,采用自身治疗前后对照的方法,给醋酸泼尼松龙30 mg 1次/晨,持续服用2周。第3～4周醋酸泼尼松龙片20mg 1次/晨。1个月后醋酸泼尼松龙片10 mg 1次/晨,持续服用2月;参芪片2片3次/d;疗程为3个月。疗程结束后复查CD3及CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,C-反应蛋白(CRP),评价疗效。结果总有效率92.2%,治疗前后CD3及CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8及CRP比较有统计学差异,(P<0.05);随访6个月内复发3例(4.6%),12个月内复发8例(12.5%)。结论小剂量醋酸泼尼松龙联合参芪片能有效治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡,无明显副作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prednisoloue combined canqi pian on treatment of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods 64 out-patients were treated by prednisolone 30rag once daily in the morning for 2 weeks and prednisolone 20mg once daily in the morning on 3 weeks to 4 weeks . The prednisolone 10mg once daily in the morning and canqi pian 2pian three times daily. After the treatment course of three months, CD3 , CD4 , CO8 , CD4/CDs , CRP were examined and treatment was evaluated. Results After treatment, The total effective rate in treatment was 92.2% , CD3 、CD4 and CD4/CD8 level were significantly higher, CDsand CRP were significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）. After follow-up from 6 mouths to 12 mouths, recurrence has been observed in 3 cases （4.6%） and 8 cases （ 12.5% ）. Conclusion Prednisolone combined eanqi plan has good treatment effect on recurrent aphthous ulcer and there was no obvious adverse reaction of treatment.
