摘　　要：目的：建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱测定虾粉中铜、砷和镉的方法。方法：样品经微波消解后定容到一定体积,然后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果：方法精密度均优于3%,回收率介于95%~110%,且对标准参考物质的测定结果均符合证书值要求。结论：该方法有较好的精密度和准确度。Objective：To develop a method for determination of copper,arsenic and cadmium in shrimp powder by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods： After microwave digestion,the samples were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,using mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Results： The RSDs of the method were less than 3.0%,recoveries were 95.0%（110%,the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion： The method is precise and accurate.
