摘 要:目的:了解台州市零售海水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况及主要毒力基因的分布特征,为食品安全的风险评估和食源性致病菌的预防提供科学依据。方法:在2005年-2009年间按照监测网的工作要求对采集的零售海水产品进行副溶血性弧菌的定性和定量检测,并对保存的菌株进行主要毒力基因(tdh、trh、tlh、ureC、T3SS-2(vscC2、vcrD2))的检测分析。结果:236份海水产品共有121份检出副溶血性弧菌,总检出率为51.3%,其中贝壳类总检出率最高为61.9%,海水鱼类为20.4%,虾蟹类为18.2%;定量结果显示污染量>4.0 MPN/g的占67.3%;49株保存的菌株中检出同时携带tdh基因和vscC2基因1株。结论:台州市零售海水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染程度较高,主要毒力基因携带率较低,监测结果为继续研究不同来源的副溶血性弧菌的致病性奠定基础。Objective:To evaluate the contamination and virulent genes distribution of V.parahaemolyticus in retail seafood of Taizhou area.Methods: Analyze the qualitative and quantitative detection of V.parahaemolyticus in retail seafood according to the surveillance network program from 2005 to 2009,and some virulence-related genes such as tdh、trh、tlh、ureC and T3SS-2(vscC2、vcrD2)were investigated from the isolates.Results: V.parahaemolyticus was isolated from 51.3%(121/236) of the samples tested.Shellfish had the highest carrier rate(61.9%),followed by marine Fish(20.4%) and shrimps crabs(18.2%).The genes tdh and vscC2 were detected only in the same one of 49 strains retained.Conclusion: This study reveals the significant prevalence of V.parahaemolyticus with low diversity of virulence genes in retail seafood of Taizhou area.Representative V.parahaemolyticus isolates could be used for further investigation into their pathogenicity.
