摘　　要：本文从企业绩效的角度对服务型制造进行研究,通过量化的方法给出了市场需求不确定的情况下SOP企业不同配置能力策略对企业绩效的影响,并计算出不同策略下的最优配置能力大小,以及最优配置能力与企业各项成本和绩效之间的关系,为服务型制造模式下SOP企业的实际运营提出有效的指导。This paper focuses on the service oriented manufacturing strategy and based on the performance of SOP（Solution Oriented Partner） in the uncertain environment to discuss the different effects from different configuration decisions.The research gives the quantized method for optimizing the configuration capabilities of different decisions and also analyzes the relationships between the configuration capabilities and the performance of SOP firms.
