前列舒通胶囊用于良性前列腺增生症合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒通胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNBP)的临床效果。方法采用单中心开放临床试验,将接受药物非那雄胺+盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗6个月而自觉疗效不甚理想的70例BPH合并CNBP患者分为2组,治疗组在不改变原治疗方案的情况下同时给予前列舒通胶囊;对照组继续原BPH治疗方案。观察2组治疗4周后的症状评分改变情况。结果治疗组和对照组IPSS评分由治疗前的(12.5±2.6)分和(12.4±2.7)分降至治疗后的(10.2±2.3)分和(12.2±2.5)分,NIH-CPSI评分由治疗前的(9.8±2.2)分和(9.7±2.4)分减少至治疗后的(6.6±1.9)分和(9.4±2.2)分,治疗组治疗后IPSS和NIH-CPSI及各项评分均显著下降(P均<0.05),与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论 BPH合并CNBP患者在接受标准药物联合治疗后,给予前列舒通胶囊能使患者症状明显改善。Objective It is to observe the influence of Qianlieshutong capsule in the treatment of the benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis（CNBP）.Methods In a single center open trial,70 patients with BPH and CNBP with less than ideal efficacy who treated with finasteride plus terazosin hydrochloride for 6 months were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was recei ved additional Qianlieshutong capsules while not change the original treatment;control group continued the original BPH treatment.After treatment for 4 weeks,the changes of the clinical symptoms were observed by symptoms score.Results The IPSS scores of treatment group and control group were decreased from（12.5±2.6） and（12.4±2.7） to（10.2±2.3） and（12.2±2.5）,the CPSI scores were decreased from（9.8±2.2） and（9.7±2.4） to（6.6±1.9） and（9.4±2.2）.All the subitem scores of IPSS and CPSI were significant decreased in treatment group（P0.05）,there was significant difference compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion After receive combination therapy with standard drug,Qianlieshutong capsules can significantly improve the clinic symptoms of patients with SPH and CNBP.
