摘 要:基于近几年高炉喷煤工程的实践经验,结合高炉喷煤系统两罐并联喷吹模式的工艺流程,针对高炉喷煤生产过程具有多变量、强耦合、大滞后的特点,提出了对喷吹率控制的优化方法,其主要是对煤粉重量采用补偿计算、对罐压采用仿人工智能规则控制技术以及对喷吹率采用以流化气流量为副参数的串级PID控制方式,并成功应用于天铁高炉喷煤控制系统。该方法提高了高炉喷吹率的稳定性、均匀性、精确性,增强了系统的自适应能力、降低了工作强度、提高了自动化控制水平,为高炉的稳定顺行、低耗高产创造了条件。According to practice experience of the blast furnace pulverized coal injection project,combining with the process of parallel injection mode of pulverized coal injection system,considering the multi variable,strong coupling and large time-delay in the pulverized coal injection process,an optimization method for pulverlized coal injection rate control was raised in this paper,which adopts compensation calculations for coal power weight,artificial intelligence regular control technology for the feed tank pressure control and PID cascade control for the injection rate.Moreover,it has been apllied successfully in the PCI control system of Tianjin iron company.This method provides an improvement of stability,uniformity and accuracy of injection rate,enhance the adaptive capacity of system,reduce the working intensity and upgrate the automation control level.Furthermore,This method can create favourable conditions for BF stable operation,high output and low cost.
