谈大学生思想政治教育有效性的实质

摘　　要：研究大学生思想政治教育有效性,必须明确何谓有效性及其实质。笔者从三个层面对大学生思想政治教育有效性的实质进行阐述:一是思想政治工作的本质;二是思想政治工作系统的全局;三是思想政治工作的层次性。Effectiveness and its essence must be defined to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students.This article attempts to illustrate the essence of the effectiveness of ideological and political education for university students from three aspects： the substantial aspect,the panoramic aspect,and the aspect of hierarchy.
