干燥时间对竹地板浸渍剥离测试结果的影响

摘　　要：根据GB/T 20240-2006《竹地板》检测竹地板试样的浸渍剥离长度,分析干燥时间对竹地板胶层剥离长度检测结果的影响。结果发现,竹地板试样胶层剥离主要发生在干燥前3 h,且在干燥第3 h时,胶层剥离长度达到最大值。因此建议:在相关标准修订时,将竹地板浸渍后的干燥时间由10 h缩短至3 h,以节省检测时间,提高检测工作效率。Glue bonding quality is an important factor for bamboo flooring products.The Chinese National Standard Bamboo Flooring（GB/T 20240-2006） established the flooring bonding performance testing method by immersing specimens into 63 ℃ water for 3 hours and then drying them for 10 hours.The authors conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of drying time on flooring glue bonding performance.It was found that most bondline delamination occurred in the first three drying hours.Based on this observation,they suggested that the standard drying time should be shortened to 3 hours when the relevant standards were in revision.
