摘 要:以过热蒸汽为传热介质和保护气体,在不同温度下对圆盘豆地板材进行4 h的热处理,分析圆盘豆地板材的颜色变化规律。结果表明,随着热处理温度升高,圆盘豆地板材色差增大,颜色变暗;当热处理温度在200℃以内时,边材色差变化大于心材色差变化;当热处理温度超过200℃时,心、边材颜色趋于均匀一致。Okan flooring specimens were treated for four hours in a heating chamber with superheated steam and oxygen content less than 2 percent.The effects of treating temperature(160~220 ℃) on specimen color were investigated.The results showed that as the temperature increased,the specimen color became darker.It was observed that the temperature impact on sapwood was more obvious than that on heartwood when the temperature was under 200 ℃.However,the sapwood and heartwood color tended to be the same when the treatment temperature was above 200 ℃.
