颊肌粘膜瓣在修复腭及口咽缺损的应用

摘　　要：目的　使腭裂病人术后软腭进一步延长，以利于腭咽闭合，为给口咽部肿瘤术后创面提供优质的粘膜瓣进行修复。方法　选用颊肌粘膜瓣对其进行了面部解剖学研究，从而进一步确认颊肌粘膜瓣血管来源、走行和分布。结果　此法治疗不完全性腭裂、口咽部肿瘤３９ 例，为组织瓣的设计、切取、愈后提供了可靠的依据。结论　颊肌粘膜瓣用于治疗不完全性腭裂、口咽部缺损疗效确切，可推广应用。Objective To achieve further prolongation of soft palate after repairot cleft palate so as to facilitate palatopharyngeal closure,and to provide high quality mucosal flap to repair the wound surface after resection of oropharyngeal tumor.Methods We have used musculomucosal buccal flap to identify the source,orientation and distribution of its blood vessels in facial anatomical study.Results This method has been used to treat 39 cases of incomplete cleft palate and oropharyngeal tumor in our hospital.This study has provided reliable basis for the design,cutting and recovery of histological flap.Conclusions Using musculomucosal buccal flap,we have acquired definite effects in treating incomplete cleft palate and oropharyngeal defect.
