摘 要:目的 探讨抑郁症可能的生化病理机制。方法 采用放射免疫测定法及高效液相色谱法,分别测定27 例抑郁症患者和27 例对照者脑脊液(CSF)生长抑素(SS) 及单胺代谢产物水平。结果抑郁症组CSF中SS水平和3甲氧4 羟苯乙二醇(MHPG) 水平( P< 0-05) 和5羟吲哚乙酸水平( P<0-01) 均低于对照组,而抑郁症组CSF中高香草酸含量与对照组间的差异无显著性( P>0-05) ;抑郁症组CSF中SS与MHPG水平之间呈显著正相关(r= 0-598 ,P< 0-01) ; 抑郁症组CSF中SS和MHPG 均与抑郁严重度呈负相关( 前者r= - 0-479 ,P< 0-05 ;后者r= - 0-434,P< 0-05)。结论 抑郁症发病与单胺递质5羟色胺。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the possible pathophysiological mechanism in depression Methods Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)somatostatin (SS) level was determined with radioimmunoassay, and CSF levels of monoamine metabolites were determined with high performance liquid chromatography in 27 patients with endogenous depression and 27 normal controls Results CSF levels of SS, 3 methoxy 4 hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG) and 5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid were significantly lower in depressive group than in control group And in depressive group, a positive relationship was observed between CSF SS level and MHPG level ( r = 0 598, P< 0 01) CSF levels of both SS and MHPG in depression were significantly and negatively correlated with the depressive severity ( r= -0 479, P< 0 05; r= -0 434, P< 0 05) Conclusions Both monoamine neurotransmitters including serotonin (5 HT) and norepinephrine, and the neuropeptide SS might play important role in the pathophysiological mechanism of depression
