摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法对18例胰腺损伤患者的诊断、治疗进行总结和分析。结果对于胰腺损伤的病例检查中,治愈15例,好转3例。结论病史及体征对胰腺损伤应引起足够的重视,CT、淀粉酶是术前主要检查,手术方式视胰腺损伤分级及病人全身情况而定,主胰管断裂的识别是手术成功的关键,保证通畅引流对胰漏的治疗至关重要。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pancreas injuries. Methods 18 cases of pancreas injuries were reviewed, and the methods of diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all the cases with pancreas injuries, 15 cases were cured, and 3 cases were improved. Conclusions Injury history and signs of patients should be taken enough attention, preoperative CT and amylase are the main inspections before the operation. The way of operation should be selected by the classification of pancreatic injuries. Identification of the main pancreatic duct rupture is the key to successful operation and to ensure unobstructed drainage is essential to the treatment of pancreatic leakage.
