肝炎灵注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肝炎灵注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选取肝功能异常的脂肪肝患者240例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各120例,治疗组给予肝炎灵注射液联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,对照组单用肝炎灵注射液,疗程均为3个月,观察两组患者的肝功能和B超结果的变化。结果:治疗组肝功能复常率以及总体疗效均较对照组有明显改善。结论:肝炎灵联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对脂肪肝的治疗有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ganyanling injection combined with polyene phosphatidy choline capsule in treating fatty hepatitis.Methods： 240 fatty hepatitis patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the 120 patients in the control group were treated with ganyanling injection alone and the 120 patients in the treated group were given ganyanling injection and polyene phosphatidy choline capsule in combination.The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months,indicators of liver function and signs of B ultrasonic figure were observed.Results： The improvement of liver function and total effect in the treated group were superior to that in the control group.Conclusion： Ganyanling injection combined with polyene phosphatidy choline capsule has a good effect in treating fatty hepatitis.
