摘  要:民族中学学生的"合法流失"成了当前民族中学发展的重要难题,民族中学优秀学生的校际流动,给民族文化传承造成了一定的困难。对此,应该从提升民族中学的办学质量,增强民族教育发展的后劲、调整和放宽对少数民族在升学和就业方面的限制以及做好少数民族学生文化传承意识教育几个方面遏制民族中学学生"合法流失",促进民族文化传承。Currently,"legal flow",which means ethnic minority students flow from ethnic minority middle schools to Chinese middle schools,has greatly challenged the development of ethnic minority schools,and particularly,the interschool flow of top students has somewhat awfully influenced the inheritance of ethnic minority cultures.In this article,it is hold that some countermeasures should be taken to hold back "legal flow"of students in ethnic minority schools and to facilitate the inheritance of ethnic minority cultures,they are as follows: improving the quality of ethnic minority schools;increasing the impetus of ethnic minority education development;adjusting and relaxing the restrictions on the admission and employment for ethnic minority;and implementing awareness education on culture inheritance for ethnic minority students,etc.
