摘　　要：目的:分析总结唇裂手术中将口轮匝肌进行脱套式分离的手术方法的优点。方法:对400例唇裂患者采用口轮匝肌脱套式分离术修复唇裂。从出血量,复裂,术后反应进行综合分析研究。结果:唇裂手术常用手术方法为上三角瓣法(Millard)和下三角瓣法(Tennison),其中口轮匝肌功能经脱套式分离后复位。术后上唇功能恢复理想,复裂可能性小。结论:唇裂手术是颌面部常见的整形手术,除用传统方法矫正形态外,以口轮匝肌脱套式分离恢复上唇功能和减少复裂是最有效的手术方法。Objective To analyze and sum up the advantage of deglove operation on musculi orbicularis oris.Method Repair the harelip of the patients who were adopted from 2005 to 2008 with deglove operation,then analyze and research comprehensively the amount of bleeding,the rima and the postoperative reaction.Results Harelip is the most common maxillofacial developmental malformation,the common surgical methods are the upper triangular flap technic and the lower triangular flap technic.However,the function of the musculi orbicularis oris can be regained after the deglove operation,and the function of the upper lip recovered ideally,the possibility of rima is small.Conclusion Harelip operation is a common maxillofacial plastic operation.Besides the traditional methods of correction patterns,the deglove operation is the most effective surgical method to recover the function of the upper lip and decrease the chance of rima.
