长春西汀联合血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察长春西汀联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：对年龄大于60岁急性脑梗死患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组40例,男21例,女19例;年龄61-80岁,平均68.69岁。给予长春西汀20 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml内静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14 d;注射用血栓通0.5 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程14 d。对照组40例,其中男17例,女23例,年龄62-77岁,平均68.20岁,胞二磷胆碱1.0 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml内静脉滴注1次/d,疗程20 d。两组同时予一般内科对症支持治疗。结果：治疗组中基本痊愈22例（55%）,显著进步13例（32.5%）,进步4例（10%）,无变化1例（2.5%）,显效（基本痊愈＋显著进步）35例（87.5%）,有效39例（97.5%）。与对照组相比,总显效率、总有效率治疗组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,血液流变学各项指标改善亦较明显。结论：长春西汀和血栓通注射液联合使用治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,且不良反应小,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Xueshuantong and vinpocetine injection on cerebral infarction.Method From April 2009 to April 2010 Shuyang Chinese Medicine Hospital stay more than 60 years 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction awere randomly divided into treatment group and control group;treatment group 40 cases,21 males,19 females;aged 61-80 years,mean 68.69 years.Given vinpocetine 20 mg in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml in intravenously 1,treatment 14 d;injection Xueshuantong 0.5 g in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml in intravenously one times,course 14 d.Control group,40 cases,including 17 male and 23 female,aged 62 to 77 years,average 67.2 years old,citicoline 1.0 by adding 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml infusion within one day.Course 20 d.The two groups were symptomatic and supportive treatment to the general internal medicine.Results The treatment group of the basic recovery of 22 cases（55%）,significant improvement in 13 cases（32.5%）,progress in 4 cases（10%）,no change in 1 case（2.5%）,effective（of recovery and significant improvement）,35 cases（87.5%）,the total effective 39 cases（97.5%）.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,the total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher（P0.05）,compared with the indices of blood to improve significant.Conclusion Vinpocetine and Xueshuantong injection used in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly,and the side effects worth of clinical application.
