摘　　要：目的探讨采用作者前期通过蛋白质组学研究发现的四种鼻咽癌(NPC)患者血清自身抗体来建立多因素判别公式对NPC的临床诊断价值。方法 采用本实验室建立的酶联免疫吸附试验方法(ELISA)分别检测了36例NPC患者、20例其它肿瘤患者及20例健康体检者血清抗细胞角蛋白19(CK19),抗Rho GDP解离抑制因子2(Rho-GDI-2),抗热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和抗亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP3)抗体浓度,并对4种抗体浓度采用多因素判别分析方法建立判别函数。结果鼻咽癌患者血清中4种抗体的含量明显高于正常对照组。以4种抗体组成的判别函数对NPC判别的灵敏度为41.7%,特异性为95%,判别正确率为61.8%。结论四种自身抗体组成的多因素判别公式有助于NPC的筛查和诊断。Objective To verify the serum autoantibody for clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods Using ourselves-established ELISA（enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay）,we detected the serum concentration of anti-cytokeratin 19（CK19）,Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor beta（Rho-GDI-2）,heat shock protein 70（HSP 70） and leucine aminopeptidase 3（LAP3） antibody in 36 NPC patients,20 other types of cancer patients and 20 healthy individuals,and established the multi-factors discriminated formula. Results The serum autoantibody concentration in NPC was significantly higher than that in the healthy individuals.Comparison of the four antibodies,Rho-GDI-2 was higher sensitivity and HSP70 was higher specificity.When used the multi-factors discriminated formula constituted by 4 autoantibodies for NPC patients,the sensitivity was 41.7%（15/36）,the specificity was 95%（19/20）,and the accuracy rate was 61.8%（47/76）. Conclusions The multi-factors discriminated formula constituted by anti-CK19,HSP70,LAP3 and Rho-GDI-2 autoantibodies may contribute to the screening and diagnosis of NPC.
